Job Description


Landscape Design and Project Manager Assistant


days a week.  6-8 hours per day.  The schedule is flexible and would
depend partially on the skill set and availability of the applicant.

Skills we’re looking for:

-Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)

-Positive Attitude and Willingness to learn new skills

-Plant knowledge

-Ability to interpret and read a landscape plan, survey, construction detail and other site plans

-Social media skills

-Organizational Skills

-Computer Drafting (CAD) capability

-Customer Service Skills

may include the following and may depend on the skill set of the person
we hire and what they are best suited to take on:

preparing estimates for new projects (plan take-offs, calling for
quotes, material and product research, prepping bid templates, etc…)

-Assistance with landscape design projects (measuring, drafting and design assistance)

-Coordinating plant orders with the nursery for installs

-Assistance with social media and website updates

-Office assistance in tracking job costs and profitability (data entry and analysis)

-Office assistance with preparing templates to be used for estimating

-Coordinating photography of past landscape installs

-Drafting up irrigation as-built plans

-Assistance on sites with plant layout and plant warranty check-ups

-Assistance in ordering materials and deliveries for installs
