We are a creative landscape/design build company in North Seattle with noted residential projects that have been featured in Garden Design, The Seattle Times, Sunset, Traditional Home, and Grey Magazine. Our focus is building detailed city gardens and outdoor living spaces throughout the Seattle area while cultivating great relationships with our clients, colleagues and vendors. Requirements:

  • 5+ years of direct experience
  • Lead and manage crews
  • Coordinate/direct sub-contractors
  • Ability to organize, multitask, plan and set priorities with minimal supervision
  • Ability to effectively communicate, present information and respond to questions, both verbal and written in English
  • Read and understand plans
  • Think on your feet and are detailed-oriented
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Able to meet production goals while working within project budget
  • Tracks and records all job expenses which include materials and hours worked
  • Maintain and keep job site clean and safe
  • Monitor all tools, equipment and machinery for needed maintenance
  • Ensures all safety rules and company policies are followed
  • Provides excellent customer service with being able to work effectively with a variety of individuals
  • Proficient heavy equipment operating skills including mini-excavators, skid steer machinery with attachments, front-end loaders and other construction equipment
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in installing a variety of hardscape applications, drainage, irrigation, soil and planting
  • Knowledge of evergreens, shrubs, perennials and trees
  • Valid WA driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Able to lift weight in excess of 60 lbs., bend, crouch, twist, and stand/walk for long periods of time
  • Carpentry, welding and water feature experience a plus
