Living Earth Landscapes is currently seeking a full-time, permanent Landscape Crew Person as well as a Landscape Maintenance Foreman. We are looking for hardworking, detail oriented and reliable individuals.
Living Earth Landscapes is an established and successful landscaping company with an environmentally friendly focus. Our priorities are a positive work environment, high quality projects and excellent customer service. We offer design, installation and garden maintenance. We provide our residential clientele with high quality landscape installations including: flagstone and paver patios, rock and block walls, irrigation, lighting, drainage, plantings and other garden projects. Our maintenance services include pruning, plant installation, mulching, annual color and other garden projects. We have won numerous awards in the landscaping industry and attribute our success to our commitment to teamwork and the passion and talent of our employees.
These are both full-time, year-round positions. We offer medical insurance and paid time off. The starting pay for the Crew position is $17-$19/hour depending on experience. The starting pay for the Maintenance Foreman position is $23-$25/hour depending on experience. We reimburse our employees for education and training, and we encourage advancement within the company. For the Landscape Crew position, some past experience is beneficial. The Crew Person duties include:
- Soil preparation
- Planting and transplanting
- Digging and trenching
- Setting of flagstone and pavers
- Construction of rock and block walls
- Assist with sprinkler, drainage and lighting installation and repair
- General lifting, at least 50lbs
For the Landscape Maintenance Foreman position, excellent experience in horticulture, plant identification and pruning is required. This position does require past lead experience in maintenance of quality residential landscapes. The Maintenance Foreman duties include:
- Plant identification and cultivation
- Pruning (multiple techniques)
- General gardening practices
- Irrigation adjustment & repair
- General lifting, of approximately 50lbs
- Communication with Clients
- Employee supervision and training
